Payments

All orders are 100% prepaid — we accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and netbanking through our secure Razorpay checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored by us.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are confirmed instantly and dispatched within 48 hours. Typical delivery is 3–7 working days depending on your location. You'll receive updates on WhatsApp, including a tracking link once your order ships.

Shipping is free on orders over ₹799.

Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll replace it — fast and free. Just message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement.

Please note we offer replacements rather than refunds. Because every order is made-to-ship for you, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns, but we'll always make sure you receive your product in perfect condition.
